personally i dont agree with using eca stack or anytype of thermogenics while doing endurance training. Mainley cause it is so easy to overheat and die. The two are used best for fat burning.
When I said 'endurance' I ment 1 hour running daily. I used diet fuel for a year and had no problems with it. Now its gone I switched to ECA Stack. I was wondeing does the ephedra amount same in those two?
What can I use for recovery for damaged muscles after workout? I do not want to get bulky.

just remember to drink protein with water not milk
and diet fuel and regular e/c/a stack usually have the same amount of ephedra contained within
