Looking pretty good dad. Forget the juice. Do ALOT of slow running. Maybe some rope jumping. More legs(squats)..... And dont forget.."1000 situps a day".

this pic is last year when bulking legs are comming back since my bike wreck and Ive had my abs out many times Ill update pics this week, u are right jumping rope helps a ton
 
Excellent work DD! Hell, most people in their 20's don't have that build! You have put in A LOT of time and effort.... paying off brother!
