Pinnacle - Blood Work - Before and 3 weeks in Prop/Tren A

Amazing results to say the least. My strength went through roof. Never thought I could increase lifts like I did, kept hitting personal bests. The main goal before the cycle was to cut but it turned to a recomp/lean bulk. I used to do 3sets 8-10, switched to 5x5 to test it out before this cycle and while on cycle it turned to 5 sets of 8-10. Most of my lifts gained 50-100 lbs.

lol yeah tren turns you into an animal in the gym. Week 3 of post cycle therapy (pct) and yet to lose any strength. Currently, I'm sticking with a warm up set then 3 sets - 8-10 reps.

Here are some progress pictures.
The first one was last year before we had a baby. I weighed 190-195lbs.
The second one was when we had a baby and obviously my priorities changed for a bit. Gained about 15lbs of fat. I blame the wife!
The last two are after this recent 9 week cycle. 215lbs currently. What would you guess my bf to be? I don't believe my caliper.

Rep weight-
Typically pyramid lower to higher weight through the sets. 8-10 reps
Squat - 135/225/275/305/360/405
Shoulder Press Dumbell - 60/70/80/90/100
Bench - 135/225/275/305x2 barbel / 70/80/90/100/110 dumbell / 275 incline / 315 decline
Shrugs - 590lbs and 125lbs dumbell warmup before
low cable Row - end @ 320

This isn't great compared to some of the beasts on here but I'm happy with the results.

Look good bud. Looked pretty good in the first one too, look bigger than 195.

Look around 16-18 percent I'd say, but hard to tell. Did you stop at 9 weeks from being worn down with sides or just wanted that length?

Do you deadlift? I wonder how much your back would have exploded with heady deadlifts.

I'm scared of fucking up my back with deads. I only bring my last set to 305 half the time; the other half I'll stay at 275 the last two. What should I shoot for? I do the knee bend deads. Stupid caliper says 10% which I thought was bullshit. ty for the guestimation, when I recover it will make me work harder on a cut.

I was setting out to do 10 weeks. The night sweats were starting to get annoying but the main reason I stopped was the acne on my shoulder & arms. I started getting little red blotches on my forearms which would disappear after a few days, then come back. I figured my body needed a break and time to recover.

I still get night sweats...when will they fucking go away!? The hot flashes are fun all day long too. Especially after I eat, I feel like my body is going through a workout.

haha, i hear you. i have been having night sweats for months, they are a pain in the ass.

I meant that bf in the post baby/ pre lifting pic, you look awesome now bud!

You have microcytic rbcs as indicated by the mcv number on tests....you need to get your iron checked, that's most common, because that isn't good, especially to see it drop in number again...unless you have a predisposing illness, and your liver enzymes aren't bad at all, as long as they drop post cycle

Good catch, I have thalassemia. When I started Muay Thai 15 years ago, I hyper ventilated and barfed for 5 months straight. Took forever for my body to get used to getting oxygen properly. This is why I tend to be a late runner so to speak. Once my body catches the oxygen I can go forever. This is why I would be scared to use eq. I was worried about tren because of the cardio killer comments but it didn't effect me too much.

Oh lol, what do you think I'm at now? For some reason I still like my build a year ago better. I did have a better base to start with though. You start your cycle yet? Log?
