For this cycle I pin 4 times a week and do glutes and quads. Do you think it's enough spots? thanks
I pinned my calve the other night. The next day it hurt like a mother fucker. And for a few days after as well. It was virgin muscle. Would like a go at it again. Can really never have enough places tho.
LOL I did calves one time. Could hardly walk for two days. I did my lats last week for the first time. Not too bad. Ill pick lats over calves ten out of ten times

I pin delts and vastus...I've mocked the procedure, but how the fuck can you guys pin ur own glute?
Since I started this (first) cycle I've lost a ton of flexibility, but even before...dang.
Once I get smaller than 22g pins I plan on hitting lats to give me 6 sites.

What's you guys opinion on rotating only quads if pinning twice a week?
Would 1" needle work for glute or 1.5" only? Not gonna lie I got some fat in my ass still... lolIt's fine but why not add at least glutes? I don't feel a thing with ventro glutes and it's easy. I was thinking about adding delts this cycle but I'm scared of a limp noodle arm for a few days. I'll man up and hit it this week.
