okay, I am doing a cycle for the first time ever. My friend is a retired doc, has worked with body builders big time in the 70s and 80s. This is where I have trust in him.
His plan was for me to take 250 test cyp every 4 days. Actually, I wanted every 4 days. I may not know what I'm talking about, but a Sunday/Thursday or equivalent schedule doesn't make sense to me. Especially when the explanation for breaking up the 500 per week into 2 doses is to rectify peaks and valleys in hormone levels in the blood. Then to me, every 3rd or 4th day makes more sense. Your body doesn't care about how may days are in our "week," you know what I mean? And so then I decided on every 4 days because it's the first time for me on a cycle ever.
So 2 bottles of test cyp 250, which is 40 days per bottle. I also bought some Masteron to get my minimum order met. Seems like a good stack to finish off the cycle, 10 pop tops, 100 prop. I like that it will help mask the effects of the extra estrogen. I am not taking an inhibitor due to it being just under 500mg a week. 437.5mg a week really. By the by, weight it 190, I am a 29 year old guy, 5'9", 14" biceps, 42 chest, 38 waist, just to give you an idea that this amount may be stronger for me that others since I am a small person.
So that's what I am doing, and this is my first post, so hello to you all! I wanted to know this: my friend is having me use a bottle of test, take 2 weeks off, then do the second bottle and stack the masteron as a finisher. I wanted to know if the 2 weeks off is going to benefit me. It is there to attempt to slightly stimulate the gonads to do some gonading, that way they are not 100% off for 80 days straight. But since it take about 2 weeks to really start seeing test cyp drop after finishing the cycle, does that mean the 2 weeks off in the middle won't actually do anything for me? Also, in that 2 weeks off, after yesterday's checkup, he said he wants me to focus on cardio and HIIT as to lose some fat since it is happening slowly (5 doses of test so far at this point) but muscle growth has been excellent. it took me 2 months to grow my biceps from 13" to 13.5". Now they are 14" after just over 2 weeks on the stuff. And my mood has changed. noticed that just about 30 hours after the first injection. Life changing stuff!
I can ramble on so let me just cut to it and ask if the 2 week break is sound, or will not have any benefit. I trust my friend to a certain degree, but I need confirmation because I cannot find ANY literature on taking a mid-cycle break. Most mid-cycle breaks seem to be unavoidable stuff like work travel coming up and screwing up your access to your gear. Then people will tell them to load up on test and by the time they get back and immediately pin,they had minimal impact. And for those who don't load up, just go right back to itn when you are able to again, or just PCT if it's already very late in your cycle. I think there are quite a few ways to skin this cat, so I am looking forward to hearing what people have to say about this.
