Please check my bulking diet...

No Pain No Gain...
I am bulking right now. I weigh 72Kgs right now... Body fat is around 10% - 12%..

Meal 1
4 Egg whites, 6 slices of bread with butter and sugar, 2 bananas, 1 Scoop of Dymatize super mass gainer + milk

Meal 2
Wheat dalia, green veggies

Meal 3
Rice, fish, green veggies, 120gm chicken

Meal 4
1 Scoop Dymatize Super Mass gainer, 4 Egg Whites

WORKOUT intense workout

Meal 5
2 Scoop Dymatize Super Mass Gainer

Meal 6
1 cup cooked rice, 120 gm Chicken

Meal 7

3 Cup coocked Rice, fish, green veggies, 120gm chicken

Meal 8 (before bed or midnight)
1 Scoop Dymatize super mass gainer + milk
 
I think your going be abit to much over your calories, that seems abit much for a 72kg person. Your protein seems abit high to if your not on a cycle.
 
I m currently on a Deca + test E cycle..

Please check out if every things all right.. Re assemble if needed..

Would oatmeal be any good in replacement of breads..??
