I am 125kg @ around 15% bf , and I am aiming to be 137kg. For some reason, I still look anorexic. Not sure where I can improve.... This is a slightly modified 3J diet.

Also taking Cyproheptadine HCI (anhydrous) 4mg x 5 per day in order to make me feel hungry all day.

Would this be 5000cal?

Not trying to be an ass but dude look up each food item online. There are a ton of websites that are dedicated to that. Google "calories in egg whites."

It's crazy to expect someone else to add up the calories in each food item for you when it's so easy to do it yourself. Now some specialty items can be hard to find but that is typically when it comes to items you're buying from a restaurant (some don't post their nutrition information).

Also if you are working with 3J I'm confused as to why you wouldn't know how many calories that is. I'm sure y'all would have discussed it.

I'm looking at a ball park figure. Not expecting anyone to do the line by line calculations. Yes, this is a MODIFIED 3J plan, so I roughly know how much, but still... since I modified it, it makes it not exactly a 3J plan.

I def wodnt bulk with that proposed diet.
if u have the original diet stick to it.
AA teaches "keep it simple, stupid"

To be smart, I would hop on the 3J diet, and increase the servings to hit your macro numbers. Obvi 3j knows whats going on or he wodnt be so successful.

also, taking a supp to "feel hungry alday" seems like a bad idea...

Interesting. My proposed diet is much better than 3Js. The difference is 2 extra meals. 3J diet was good to get me from 90kg to 110kg. I added 2 extra meals and my gains were from 110kg to 125kg. My BF is less too.

So look up online what the added caloric and nutritional values of your modifications are... it's really not that hard and takes 5 minutes to do...

If you're not serious about doing something yourself, you're not going to get anywhere. You gotta put in the work yourself bud.
