hip is FINALLY getting better. I can do heavy rack pulls, I just pulled some heavy deads this wk. and it didn't bother hardly at all, but for some reason it bothers me when i squat, but i can do leg press if i keep it at or above parallel. So i'm hitting it pretty hard again, hopefully i don't mess it up!! I'm staying away from squats though, just doing leg press. Makes no sense to me, but i will keep doing what works.
I never did go farther then the physical therapist. He told me just about a month or so ago he thought i could ease back into things. So here i am. I'll post some vids next wk.

If all goes well, there is a small lifting competition that is held at our state fair every yr i'd like to compete at. Thats my goal for this summer
