I'm currently trying to lean up.
Here's my typical meal routine:
Meal 1:
Smoothie w/ 8oz OJ, 8oz water, half cup mixed berries, tablespoon of bee pollen, tablespoon flax meal, serving of green vibrance, 2 scoops whey protein.
Meal 2-4:
Lean protein (chicken / fish), broccoli, unsalted nut mix
Meal 5:
Lean meat, vegetables,
With the first meal I usually take a multi vitamin and a flax oil pill. I also take fish oil twice daily.
Just want to know what I should add or change to my diet. 2 things I'm not sure about: in my nut mix, it has dried cranberries and blueberries. I know these are high in sugars...should I avoid them? Also, I usually have wine or a night cap a couple times a week, is this a bad thing?
Thanks
