First off I'm 24 years old, been lifting since I was 16
6' tall
220 lbs
Around 11% BF
Been working out for about 8 years straight now, Always had to stay in great shape because I played Division ll football
Now that I'm out of college and don't have to worry about getting tested anymore I have decided to run my first cycle. Been doing research on AAS for the past year or so because my friend that I train with is an amateur bodybuilder who says I am ready and has been trying to get me to cycle with him. (I'm a long time lurker of aas forums just never bothered to create an account) Now that I no longer have to worry about getting tested I have decided that now is the time. Anyways here is what i have planned out so far.
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg (250mg 2x week)
Week 1-7 Anavar 80 mg ed
Week 11-13 Albuterol 16 mg ed (dosed 4mg 4x day)
Week 1-12 Aromasin 12.5 eod if needed
Week 14-17 Torem 120/90/60/60 (also have nolva, not sure if i should add it as well)
N2 Guard and many other support supps throughout
Mainly looking for strength gains but a few extra lbs of muscle would be nice
I am a firm believer that Diet is the most important thing you can do for your body! I have learned a great deal of information from this forum's diet section
Been reading alot on how people say it is dumb to kickstart with Anavar (var), I sort of agree with this but I have Albuterol to help me lean out and POSSIBLY add some strength at the end of the cycle. (some people have said it helped them add strength (I used to take 10mg of albuterol before every football game and it gave me insane endurance just fyi)
And yes I know everyone's first cycle should be test only for 12 weeks but since most people say your first cycle will produce your best gains why not make the most out of it? Got a blood test done a few weeks ago and everything is excellent. Will also get another one done after post cycle therapy (pct). I would be willing to make a log out of this cycle if anyone is interested
Okay how does this cycle look? Any changes I should make? Looking for opinions, thanks in advance
