I am 1,78m, 185 pounds, bf:13%
I want to gain muscle. from calculation I think I need more fat and a little less carbs, maby more protein. How can I make this better?
 
id probably get closer to 562.3 calories in the first meal, but other than that, it looks ok. Id get more fat, just because youre fat is kinda low, and id recommend a little bit more cals.
