Please help reading blood work results

Ok let me preface this by saying I know nothing about bloodwork results. I know my initial tests a year ago said my testosterone levels were around 200.
For the last year i have been doing a 1ml shot of test cyp every 6 days. My test cyp comes in a 200ml bottle.
I follow each test shot 24 hours later with a 1mg pill of anastrozole.
I'm 39 years old. Before i started test a year ago i had very low energy, barely any sex drive and was slow to recover from injury. About a month after my first shot every thing changed dramatically. I felt like superman for the last year.
Only couple problems i have been noticing is that i get a lot of acne on my back, and i think i might be starting to develop gyno a little. Also it looks as tho my cholesterol is getting too high.

When this blood work was done a week ago i hadnt had a shot of test for 2 full weeks. Today i havent had a shot for three full weeks and feel like shit.

What would be my best bet to start my next shots at? and estrogen blockers?

Also did i have the right things tested in my blood, or do i need more?

Your lipids are nothing I would worry about. Your HDL is still pretty high and others are just borderline. Your LDL/HDL ratio is pretty good. I have very similar levels and am not worried about it at all.

Your test dose is pretty high for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) standards, I'm not surprised you have some acne. The gyno is of concern, but I'm surprised you're getting acne and gyno on the low E2 levels on your test. I'm also suprised at the low T levels given the dose you're on.

If I were you I would split up the test dose and the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) into 2/week .5mg instead of a whole mg at once. That should keep your levels more stable.

Why did you stop your injections? You should keep changes to a minimum to get things stabilized.

EDIT: keep an eye on that hematocrit level too... you don't want it to get much higher. Consider donating blood.
EDIT: just noticed you wrote "200ml bottle", that would be huge... does the bottle say 200mg/ml? That would be standard and what I was assuming, that is a 200mg dose every 6 days.
EDIT: (gotta read more carefully!) I just saw that the T and E reflects stopping 2 weeks ago, that explains the low levels. That makes the test not so useful, you should get tested just before your next shot.

I stopped injections because I was having pain in what I thought to be my liver. Turns out I had a rib injury from surfing. I stopped just to make sure I wasn't doing some sort of damage to my liver.

How much exactly was I doing at 1ml injections every 6 weeks?

You mean every six days right?

You just stated previously that your test is 200mg/ml. There's your answer. One ml = 200mg.

Listen to Prudens. Split your dose into 100mg every 3 days. And split your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) into .50mg every 3 days. Like he said, that will help keep your levels more even and reduce your estradiol. You may find that you can drop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to .25mg every 3 days.

In my opinion, your estradiol is way to low. You are taking too much Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Are you feeling fatigued? Do you have joint pain. I would cut back to .25mg every 3 days and split your test injections as described above.

What happens when your hematocrit levels get too high?

Your blood gets too thick and your heart can't pump it well. Blood pressure can go up. Worst case if you really let it get WAY to high for WAY to long is that you could stroke out.

Just be safe and donate blood every 56 days. This lowers your hematocrit.

Oh... Start up your injections immediately. And switch to every 3 days. I would probably start the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) up again in one week. .25mg with each injection.
