Please Help!

I am 31 yrs old. I weigh 138 lbs. I have been working out on/off for a couple years and have only gotten to 145 lbs of pure muscle/with no supplements. I want to know what to expect by taking only d-bol tablets, and the mg daily I should intake, and for howlong.

I also wanted to ask what I could take if it's not d-bol that would be the best bet. I only want to gain weight. I already have the shredded muscle. PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok. Apperantly I left some valuable information out from my original message. I am 31 yrs old, 138 lbs, 5' 7" tall. My diet is not perfect, but it's good. I take in approx 3-5000 calories a day. I want to be at least 150. Please tell me what I should take orally, as well as any other methods you can suggest. Thank to all who respond.
