please help

hey im 23 i wiegh like 130 not sure what my body fat is im about 5 10 and never done any cycles but i eat right good cals and good protein drank the shakes all that good stuff just cant get bigger am interested in starting a cycle just not sure where to start i here so much different stuff out there not sure what to belief i would like to take in pill form but am open the other way thanks for your time
 
Your not eating enough. I'm not asking you how much you eat, I'm asking you to eat more. There is no way in hell you weigh 130 and eat a lot consistently every single day 365.

Steroids will not fix your diet. you are going to cause wear and tear on your body, go in a hormonal roller coaster, and then lose all your gains cause your diet is not good.

FOCUS on the diet. Sleep more. Train hard. Be consistent for about a year and research AAS in the meanwhile. You have to inject.... get used to that idea, pills alone don't work correctly.

EAT EAT EAT EAT. When you are done reading this, get up and eat.
 
JWD you are a little young for a cycle. We normally advise waiting until 25 but that's on you. A normal first cycle would be test enanthate or cypionate at 500mg a week. Split that into two injections of 250mg. You would also need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), aromisin(exemestane) use that at 6.25 to 12.5 a day if needed for estro). You also need a post cycle of clomid and nolva or toremifene.
Test for 10 weeks. Wait two weeks then start post cycle.


Now for the important info. I know guys like you in highschool and they had a very hard time gaining weight. Those same guys tried to cycle and did gain some weight but they couldn't continue to eat enough to keep that weight. What you should do is count every calorie you eat in a day. Also use something like fitday.com to figure out you daily caloric needs. Then you need to increase that and be consistent with it. You may need to eat more frequently and don't worry so much about clean cals. Eat what you have to to get the needed cals and protien. You have to be consistent. Go to our diet forum and 3J will be able to help you out.
 
Dude, 5'10 & 130 lbs. Concentrate on protiens, when I weighed 130 lbs I ate Wendy's burgers, Lil Debbie snack cakes, Pizza, I ate whatever wasn't nailed down, I have a fast metabolism and small bones. You need FOOD!:flamingma I haven't seen 130 lbs in 15 years. My diet could see improvement right now but I'm good at 5'6 &195lbs...
 
FWIW I put on 18-20lbs in 6months by just changing my diet and working out harder. I have all my gear waiting for me but will not start until I put on another 8lbs naturally. Another 8lbs will put me at 185lbs (5ft 9). I know that the bigger I am and the better my diet is, the better my cycle will be. Dont rush it bro. Put on some size and then start pinning. Just keep reading and learning in the mean time. Good luck to ya.

2. if you wanna take it to the next level, i have a 25% sale going on.. you wouldn't need anything more then a basic package to get yourself started... 93.75 will get you the diet plus 5 weeks nutritional coaching... your ready to spend a ton of money on gear when it will do you no good.. your better off spending that on food and coaching.. be smart with your money..


i had a guy who was 130lbs when he got to me.. he's currently 170lbs right now.. its just about getting in the right amount of food at the right time!

Get with 3j. You need to learn HOW, WHEN, and WHAT to eat, before you waste money on gear only to lose it to poor dietary habits.....
