Please Help!!!!

i'm 5'6, 173 pounds, like 16% body fat... i've been doing carb cycling and i've lost like 5 pounds but, this diet makes me feel like ass this is what i do

sunday-176 carbs/ 200 protein
monday-same
tuesday- 200 pro/ 0 carbs
wednesday-200+pro/ 176 carbs
thursday- 180 pro/ 300 carbs
friday- same as tuesday
saturday- same as thursday

since the diet makes me feel so bad and i have absolutely no energy i was thinking about doing this..

sunday thru thursday- 270 protein, 160 carbs
friday and saturday- 180 protein, 300 carbs

what do yall guys think about this???? i'm just tryin to get energy for workouts and good results to maintain muscle and lose body fat... thanks
 
At your bodyfat percentage, you don't need any special diets. Any diet will work for you, as long as you follow it. It's only when you get to 10% and under that you might have to look into carb cycling, if you can't continue to lose. Cutting carbs can make you feel like crap, so I wouldn't recommend it. Just make sure you are getting a slight calorie deficit, and preferrably creating the deficit through exercise rather than cutting your diet way back.
