Please recommend me a PCT after first cycle

I finished my first steroid cycle yesterday.
I had the testosterone and winstrol cycle

winstrol 50mg/day for every other day (6weeks)
testosterone propionate 50mg for every other day (6 weeks)

Do I need a post cycle therapy (pct) ? If so please recommend me what to take and its dosage

BTW your compound dosages are off. I like Test P@150mg/EoD.

You took 175mg of test per week and you don't know what to do for post cycle therapy (pct)?

I would wait 3-4 more days to start post cycle therapy (pct) and I would follow Rosco's plan or just clomid @ 50mg per day, up to you.

Try to do more research before your next cycle.
