ok this is my first real time deiting to cut up. i have always been into gaining all the time but i put on a nice amout of muscle this year and ended up also with alot of unwanted weight. i am 5'8 and now weigh about 172lbs, before i started dieting i was 180lbs. i am trying to lean out while still preseveing muscle.
Meal 1 : 6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks - 280cals/24g protein
Oatmeal - 160cals/33g carbs/4g protein
1 TBLS Flax Oil - 130cals/14g fat
Total : Cals - 570
Carbs - 33g
Protein - 28g
Meal 2 : Isopure Whey Protein Shake
Total : Cals - 210
Carbs - 0g
Protein - 50g
Meal 3 : 2, 4oz chicken Brests - 280cals/50g protein
Broccoli - 30cals/4g carbs/1g protein
1 TBLS Flax Oil - 130cals/14g fat

Meal 4 (Post Workout) : 1/2 Bottle ABB Carbo Force - 220cals/55gcarbs

My approximate time between meals is about 2-3 hours.
i drink about a gallon of water thoughout the day.
I am also taking an ECA stack 2 times per day. Once in the morning and again before i work out.
I am a landscaper in the summer so i should get enough cardo a day from that. i sweat like crazy and there is no way i could do any other cardo nor do i feel i need to.
Please tell me what u guys think and if i am on the right track and if not please tell me what i should change.
