I dont consider anything a "right" here. For me it is a privilege.

That's odd. I know if you send them one first they can respond, as I've sent a member with 40 post a PM and they were able to respond back.

Yeah, I didn't pm this member. It is a little odd, considering I couldn't do that. I was thinking certain members maybe get different privileges on alts or something.

Add me to the list of people who can't send a PM. I happen to run a Vbulletin site and there is really no excuse for this. If you set a limit to where users can't send a PM unless they have a certain number of posts then the software tells you what that limit is. That's not the message being displayed here. I tried posting in the 1:1 forum, never got a reply in over a week, tried email, same story, is this forum still actively managed or is it in the hands of some corporate entity like internet brands that buys forums and then plasters them with advertising and doesn't care about the member anymore??
