My steak is usually twice the size of my hand (not fist). I don't know how many ounces that is, but it is a nice size.
As for chicken, I eat 2 large boneless skinless breasts.
If I eat ground beef, I eat a pound at a time.
Burgers, I eat a pound worth of beef.
When I bulk, I don't have portion control. I try and aim to eat cleaner foods and alot of it. BUT.... Pizza and Burgers tend to be in the diet once and a while.
