Possible to sterilize a non-sterile syring filter?

I purchased a 10-pack of .22um PVDF syringe filters and then realized they are non-sterile. Is there a way to sterizile them? Maybe by running alcohol through them??

Ok, i'll give it a go. I better be patient and let all the alcohol evaporate before I go using the buggers.

After you let the alcohol sit in the filters for a few minutes, you can use the syringe to pump in some air to get rid of the alcohol.

I used both ethilic and benzilic alcohol, both worked
