Can somebody with expierince post a good bulking diet? provide what food at what meals to eat! Ex. breakfast protein shake and sausage egg and cheese sandwhich, lunch 1pd of ground beef etc. etc.
get 2200 cals from weight gain shake but need somewhat clean foods or fast foods to get the rest to come out to about 5000cals. Im on a drol/test cyp cycle! 300grms protein a day 24 yrs old 5' 8'' 168pds. Dont mind fat because I can always go on a cutting cycle but for now need a good amount of mass!

Presently, I am on a bulking diet, here's a typical day
breakfast--coffee with half and half, two eggs, two beef tamales
midmorning snack milk and a protein bar
lunch sandwich, soup, salad, glass of milk, dessert, 2 hard boiled eggs
workout
post workout protein shake
dinner grilled meat of some sort pork, chicken, beef, lamb, salmon steaks with a salad or a green vegetable
post dinner snack --cheese, nuts, or hard boiled egg

All of this with 25mg of dianabol
I'm 5ft 7 180lbs goal to eventually crack 200
