Post BD ANAVAR cycle

Ok so I have two weeks left of a 7 week cycle of british anavar. Im running 40 mg a day and has worked great! This is my first time using any kind of steroid. Any suggestions on what to take after my cycle in a few weeks for a post cycle?? Also, I plan on getting back on Anavar in a month or so, so Im just confused on what to do via post cycle. Appreciate all the help I can get. thanks
