What do you eat as post cardio nutrition?
Shake? Food? When?

I usually do cardio at morning and my post-cardio is solid meal.

I eat 50g whey protein, and peanut butter bagel. asap after my workout... i find pre workout nutrition just as important.. for pre workout nutrition i take 20g of whey protein

first off let me comment-your avatar is current?
If it is you have gained alot of size and holy shit bro you have gotten large and lean i cant beileive it. Haave you changed anything? shoot me a pm we can chat

To maximize fat loss, general practice is to fast for approx 90 minutes post cardio and then consume a normal meal/shake. You don't need that heavy insulin spike normally associated with post-workout. Protein + moderate carbs will do the trick.

Thanks mister and adida (yes, it's me in the av). I gained about 14 lbs since last pics posted. But I'm not very lean. I think about 16% bf or more. I've been training max-ot. It's almost all compounds 5 reps low volume. Still natural.

Thanks bro. That was pretty much what I've been doing.

Glad to help man. Make sure you have a little fiber in your meals too. It'll help you feel fuller w/less calories which makes dieting a little bit easier.
