How do you guys eat after a cuttingcycle....do you continue the same diet as on cycle or do start eating more?...and is it possible to stay at the same bodyfat % with the same amount of mass after a cuttingcycle and pct?
question i had too... if i cut and get to a good BF by like the end up may... will i be able to hold the ripped look without gear and keep most the muscle i gained? at least through summer? or would i gain the fat back pretty fast?
