Well, just got done with a cycle and 20 weeks of hardcore dieting and I need something a little less stringent...here is what Im doing, i'm 23, 5'8", 205lbs, about 10% bf
5:30 a.m.-Cardio 40 minutes
7:00 a.m.-grilled chicken and little bit of oatmeal (45g protein, 30 grams carbs)
9:30 a.m.-Shake-40g protein
12:00 pm: Huge Salad with Chicken(40g protein, not sure on carbs and 10g far from cheese)
2:30: Shake and bag of soy chips(48g protein, 20g carbs, 2g fat)
5:00: 30g protein(chicken breast)
6:00 apple
6:30: lift and more cardio(only 30 minutes of walking on incline)
Shake and Dextrose after I lift(40g protein, 60-80g carbs)
9:30 p.m.: Some type of meat and veggies(45g protein, fiber carbs I dont count)
Will one cheat day be good? I am just trying to remain hard and lean throughout summer, thanks.
