Post Cycle Therapy Help! After Test E only Cylce

Just finished a cycle of Test E only was also running stane with it. Had a gresat cycle did my last pin today, major gains in the gym and also gained about 20 pounds which is mostly pretty clean and dry a little water retention but still good. Now i have nolvadex and clomid for my post cycle therapy (pct). I am sort of confused on how to take it, the items i bought came with droppers which i am confused how to measure recommended doses? Also I would like help with my pct and see if it should be what I should do...
Day 1: 40mg nolva, 100 mg clomid to jump start pct
Day 2-30: 20mg nolva and 50 mg Clomid

Any information regarding my pct and on how to actually take doses with the droplets given would be greatly appreciated.... should i just be using the needles instead of droplets to measure?? The clomid comes 50mg per ml and the nolva comes 20mg per ml

Oral syringe is usually 1ml. No need to double dose the first day. One syringe full of clomid solution = 50mg, one syringe full of nolva solution = 20mg

So am I not using the dropper that came in the bottle??? That's where I am confused

That's amirdex that you take as you go from what I've been told.. It depends on if your more prone to gyno ( btch twits) I have friend that doesn't take it unless he has side effects..but I have been taking 50 mg of amirdex twice a day bc I am prone to the side effects.. For your post cycle therapy (pct) then you use the clomid
