Post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks or 3 weeks or 4 weeks after last Test E pin?

PCT 2 weeks or 3 weeks or 4 weeks after last Test E pin?

Hey guys,

Im coming to an end of a 12 week 500mg/week Test E run. Will be running Nolva after for about 4 weeks for post cycle therapy (pct), 40/40/20/20 ED for the duration.

Question. When does post cycle therapy (pct) start? Most sources would say 2 weeks after last pin, but I've heard from some that 3 to 4 weeks would be better, due to the long Test E esters build up still in one's system after the 12 week cycle. Keen to see what you guys think.

Also DAA during post cycle therapy (pct). Effective? Or just waste of cash?

2 weeks for test e , always depends on the ester of the gear exp , prop would be 4-5 days because of its esters half-life

Yea two weeks. And I'd be curious to see if the DAA helped in your post cycle therapy (pct). it's cheap and I don't think it could hurt to try it

cool thanks guys. I was gonna go with 2 weeks, just wanted to see if anyone did anything different. I would rather be early than sorry in this case!

I was looking at this PCT Calculator pct.befit4free.net/index.php and the PCT timing they recommend is so far away

Just like you Vincenzo, I was also planning to start my post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after my last shot and to be running Nolva 4 weeks at40/40/20/20 ED for the duration.

Did you take anything beside Nolvadex??? Someone suggested I should also take some HCG...

hcg shouldbe ran before pct starts not during . run 50 mg of clomid a day along with the nolva for pct.

Just pinned my last pin. 12 weeks is over, feels sad man.. haha

Its been quite a rollercoaster ride of almost not having enough gear for 10 weeks even, having to use adex to combat puffy nips, to receiving some IGF LR3 which Im still unsure of whether to use during or after post cycle therapy (pct). Gained 7kg. 1 thing's for sure, im gonna fight like hell to keep as much as I can during PCT!
