Ya, I'm retarded...I found some good ones in the classics forum pretty quick after posting this. But even still it seems that there are arguments of Clomid vs. Nolva, post cycle therapy (pct) duration, and dosages. I'm still just a little confused. What are opinions for a good post cycle therapy (pct) after a 10 week cycle on test-e(2 ml a week)? Thanks for the help.
I personally would run it as follows:
Days 1-14: clomid 100mgs every day
Days 15-28: clomid 50mgs every day
Days 1-28: arimidex .25mgs every day or .5mgs every other day
Days 1-until you feel recovered: nolvadex 20mgs every day
What I mean by feeling recovered is that your sex drive is back, you don't feel depressed (if you suffered any post-cycle), etc. You can run it for a minimum of four weeks and then longer if you feel you need it.
Running the clomid along with the nolvadex is optional. I like to do it but others don't react well to clomid and tend to believe that it is unnecessary when using nolvadex. It is up to you. At minimum run the nolvadex as laid out above and add the arimidex and/or clomid if you wish.

Typical Nolva only post cycle therapy (pct) is 40mg ED for the first 2 weeks, followed up with 20mg ED for a minimum of 2 more weeks.
Is 4 weeks the minimum even if you do short cycles?
