iam doing 500mg/week of test-e for 10 weeks with 1-4th with 30 mg of d-bol than 9-12 week again 40mg d-bol. i keep n-dex in my hand for any bad signal during cycle but i do use it . i feel no problem yet . so can anyone tell my what should be after cycle and how ?
from 2 week after last injection -20mg n-dex for 2 weeks than clomod therphy or somethinkelse.

Begin clomid therapy two weeks afte your last injection @ 100mg/d for a week, followed by 50mg/d for another two weeks or so.

I'd run it for three. You can always run it an extra week if you deem necessary.

some use 300 mg day 1 to get clomid levels up the 10 days at 100 mg and 10 days at 50 mg . by all means feel free to add 20-40 mg of nolva to that if you wish .

I always ran mine for 21 days, approximately.

I felt personally that clomid caused a minor breakout in bacne, but only lasted for about a month.

Well worth it for keeping your gains

nolva is better and you need far less to get the same results. do it with aromasin afterwords so you dont have the estrogen rebound if your worryied bout that

novla or clomid depends on the person and how they handle clomid. some people dont like the way it makes them feel. i would use both, inless your poor

really if u wanted to go all out and really play it safe you could use.

20mg of aromasin
50 mg of clomid
and 20 mg of novla. Give or take the novla.

some people dont think its neccasary to use aromasin but it wont hurt you. i cant tell u its the right way because thats ignorant but if u use the search function and type is aromasin post cycle therapy (pct) you might come up with some threads to judge for your self.

plus u might wanna use aromasin throughout your cycle to keep bloat off.

hcg is recommended also and is cheap and defiantly worth it.

you are right i read thatlots of people using aromasin . so my post cycle therphy is may like this -2 week of 20mg aromasin and 3 -4 weeks of clomid of 50mg and i can add 20mg nolva if i feel . can i run only nolva , not clomid
i will add aromasin next time when during cycle
as for hcg i heard that it very good but it is running dyring cycle . am i right ?

yeah the hcg is run during cycle at 250-500 iu twice a week. U can put the hcg in your test shots if u like.

im not sure how long the aromasin is suppost to be run for. it mike make more scence for u to run 10mg for 4 weeks if thats all you have. im not sure on this thou so wait for some else to chime in. i my self would use the aromasin thou.
