my cycle looks like this

tren e 600mg/wk week 1-2
test e 800mg/wk week 1-2

tren e 300mg/wk week 6-8
test e 400mg/wk week 6-8

it is TNT 350 E (test and tren in one)

What is the best PCT?

Tren is a 19 nor and will elevate prolactin levels which could result in gyno. Cab, prami are prolactin antagonists.

if prami has a half life of 8-10 hours does it have to be taken twice daily then? Or can it be taken at the first signs of gyno?

nolva and clomid for your post cycle therapy (pct), and if you are worried about gyno you could run exemestane during cycle.
