Hey everyone,

I did a 12 week test e cycle (500 mg spread over two shots per week) with adex as Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (0.50 mg E3D), but had to lower the dose to 0.25 E3D mid-cycle cause it was affecting my libido....after 9 weeks I eventually ditched the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cause I was still feeling sides.

I've just started my PCT..I planned to use a tamoxifen/clomid combo, but after the first two days on 20 mg on nolva I don't think I will be using clomid: side effects include feeling very drowsy and kinda apathetic/tired. Also can't seem to focus and feel the need to lie in bed all day.

Now I've browsed around the forum and found similar stories, but I haven't found a "solution" to these sides. Dropping the nolva (tamoxifen) all together doesn't seem wise either...so I have two questions

A) what do you guys suggest to lower the nolva sides?

B) I've been reading up on a lot of "Gyno during or after PCT"-threads...anyone got experience with this? If so: what would be the best solution when your PCT already includes Nolva? I have Femara (letro) on hand...

Take your post cycle therapy (pct) meds at night before bed.

Honestly those sides sound more like they are from your test being so low which is normal during the first weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) (that's why we do post cycle therapy (pct)). How long after your last pin did you start on the nolva?

I would continue with nolva @20mg/day and clo @50/day or clomid only @100mg/day for first 2 weeks...also I would consider picking the adex back up during post cycle therapy (pct) to balance out your test/estro and keep what little test you have from aromatizing.

Well I started 14 days after last pin as indicated on most steroid websites after a long esther like test-e.

I've added Clomid to the mix after three days of nolva so my post cycle therapy (pct) looks like this

Nolva: 20/20/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50

I originally planned to bump clomid to 100 for the first week, but because I assumed Nolva gave me sides I tappered it down to 50 to be on the safe side.

No idea if I can bump clomid to 100 in the second week and then back to 50 for the last two weeks?
