Pct Training
I begin my pct tommorrow and wondering what the best approach to training volume and intensity would be? Also should I introduce creatine?
1. Continue with the same volume and intensity but reduce the weight 20%
2. Continue to train the same while on and off cycle.
3. Reduce volume of sets and go heavier.
4. Reduce volume 2-4 set per body part. 30mins max per workout Warmup consisting of two sets. First set 90% of max then dropset to 80%. This will be 6 seconds for the eccentric movement.
