Post cycle = time off

hey bros
Just curious to see how many of you consider your post cycle therapy as "time off" For instance if you use nolva or clomid for 4 weeks after a 10 week cycle, do you include those 4 weeks as time off? I have always considered post cycle therapy as time off, however I haven't done a cycle as soon as 10 weeks after so it didn't matter. Just curious to see everyones thoughts on this:)

Post cycle I run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Nolva or clomid etc....
I dont count that as Time off though.

IMO.....time off should start once you are totally clean and not taking anything to aid in recovery, therefore after post cycle therapy.

I run Clomid, Nolvadex and HCG(sometimes Proviron). I also don't count that as time off.

I have found that time on does not necessarily equal time ioff...I use my blood work from the doctor to figure that out...however, i do not use post therapy as off time...I check values at the end of the cycle which includes post and then I check 3 weeks after that and then every 2 weeks thereafter...for a whole 10.00 for copay and my doc is cool, that is cool...
