Post PCT Bloods, Couple Questions

Hello,

I am 7 weeks past my PCT with the blood results included below. Unfortunately, I don't have a hormone workup pre cycle except for Total Test, which was recorded at 365 ng/DL.

First cycle

13 week cycle consisted of:
EOD: 150mg Sustanon, 100mb Masteron, .25 Arimdex
ED: ~3500 calc, 300mg Protein, clean diet, primarily Paleo
Last 7 weeks 250iu HCG 2x weekly

2 week break before PCT

PCT 5 weeks:
(I believe I got this program from this website)
Unleashed (As Directed on Bottle)
Post cycle (As Directed on Bottle)
Aromasin(.5 EOD)
Vitamin C (3000mg)
Forma Stanzol (As Directed on Bottle)

Stats: Age 35, 5' 11", 205#, 18% BF (Dropping slowly), Caucasian

On cycle Exercise: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat -> High volume, heavy,
approx 3hrs daily. Focus is strength and muscle endurance for oly lifts.

PCT Exercise: 45 minute 5x5 work outs, 3x weekly, 1 day of light cardio

Post PCT Exercise: CrossFit (don't hate), crushing the strength programming, settings PRs (and a couple box records), and getting endurance back.

Here's my concerns:

Low test and FSH values. What's a normal value of FSH, should I be worried here?

Creatine and BUN, WTF, am I just working out way to hard? I (thought) I cut out all creatine supplements, but upon review of my goods I realized my preworkout does indeed have creatine, I will be dropping this from my routine.

There's some other high markers in there too. Should I be worried, please advise.

It should also be noted that I've seen varying reference ranges, this one seems to be on the more aggressive side (meaning, lower reference ranges for where I'm measuring high).

Why didn't you run a real PCT with Clomid and Nolva? That seems like a dumb choice.

You do look recovered though. You TT is back to your baseline. Your LH and FSH are working. Estradiol is on the low side though, but that is probably because you are on the lowish side of the TT range for your age. You are actually getting really close to being hypogonadal, but that is a different conversation.

Drink more water to improve your kidney function (creatinine). Look into what us causing it if it continues to remain high. Note that some blood pressure medications can cause it to increase without causing real harm to your kidneys.

Take some NAC to aid your liver (AST and ALT). Again try to figure out what is irritating it. Drinking? Medications? etc.

I am still surprised by your odd choice to not run a real PCT.

Thanks for your feedback. I've dropped all creatine and I'm upping my water to 1.5 gallons. I'll retest here in a few weeks to make sure the levels dropped.

What's irritating my liver is probably the drinking I do over the weekends (and some weekdays).

As for the PCT, seemed to work without the Nolva and Clomid. I actually had both on hand in the event the (mostly) OCT PCT broke down. I stayed pretty strong throughout the PCT, kept a good amount of size and my lifts. The sides (as described from others) are something I wanted to avoid with Nolva and Clomid, so I tried this methodology.
