post workout and cutting

what do you guys drink or eat post workout? I'm trying to cut and keeping the carbs to a minimum, so what should i intake after a workout. If possible could i get an estimate of how many carbs/fat/protein to take post workout.
 
I usually take a shake with 50 grams of protein and 60 grams of dextrose. I take that weather im cutting or bulking within one hour of working out. Seems to work for me. Your body is going to need the simple carbs to restore glycogen stores...hope this helps
 
I have a shake with protein and malto/dextrose mix for carbs. Its about a 2:1 ratio of carbs/protein. Post workout is really the only time you want simple sugars in your diet.
