Post workout carb intake on CKD?

If you do that it becomes a TKD.

Use R-ALA with the carbs and you'll back in ketosis fairly quickly. I wasnt even trying to run a keto diet yet used R-ALA post workout and was in ketosis the entire time.

If very concerened add in Green Tea and ALCAR w/ R-ALA for Maximal Glucose uptake and quick return to ketosis.
 
Just my 2 cents, I dont thing you should lift weights while on CKD, do cardio first thing in A.M on empty stomach and give it an hour before eating anything. Hope that helps
 
On CKD post workout drink should be around 20 to 25G of protien and 20G of carbs.

I use 8oz of OJ and i scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Protien Powder
