post workout

If I have some protein powder or someting of the sort I usually drink a shake immediatly when I get home. Otherwise if supper is on the table, I eat that instead. If I make a shake I put in usually 5 whole eggs, chocolate, 2 scoops ice cream, 3-5 tbsp of peanutbutter, 4-6 oz., of milk, 1 banana and that's about it. Fair warning, it may taste decent the first time or few times, after that the peanutbutter and texture to the whole mix starts to get gross, but o'well. Protein is protein, right? haha...
 
1 Scoop WMS.
1 Scoop Dextrose.
5 Grams Creatine.
5 Grams BCAA.
15 Grams of Whey.

20 minutes later I have an oatmeal/protein shake
