Post your splits. How do you train?

Sunday: front delts/lateral delts/tris/traps
Monday: back/rear delts/forearms
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: chest/bis/abs
Thursday: rest
Friday: legs
Saturday: rest/cardio
 
Push. Pull. Legs.

I'm curious about this, are you doing mainly compound lifts or are you throwing in isolation work too?
Are you lifting mainly for strength ? I tried to put a program like this together but I was trying to do too many exercises I think. Could you post your detailed routine with lifts used and rep ranges and also frequency? Also do you always stick with this or do you change it up on cycle?
 
Compounds and isolations power bbing style methods similar to mike ohearns training style. Frequency just depends on how I feel. I usually only take 1 day off a week. Rep ranges are different every gym session. Sometimes I focus more on strength. Sometimes more on pump. Buddys don't like to work out with me..they quit halfway through when I'm just gettin warmed up so I guess my volume is pretty high. Also, no gym session is ever the same as the last time I hit that muscle group
And on cycle I just toss around more weight
