Powerlifting cycle

there was someone on elite using orbit Anavar (var) at what he thought was 60mg but after the tests the 10mg's turned out to be 20's..or something like that..so in essence he was on 120!!!
 
But for a thing like benching your own bodyweight the most times wouldn't EQ and Anavar be good due to the Stamina EQ provides and the added ATP production from Anavar (var)? I mainly want to do this competition (bodyweight) because there is a trainer at my gym who I hate that is doing it and I want to crush him,lol.
 
if you wanna do eq and Anavar (var) then do eq and Anavar (var) .

your entire lift is gonna take 20-30 seconds, its not like you running a marathon. we talking weight lifting not sending soemone to the moon. get on some juice and start training reps. simple stuff.
 
Yeah I think you are way overcomplicating things. :laugh4:

IMO though I still like doing low reps, if I train aiming for 10 reps on bench, I'll be doing that weight for weeks before I get another rep unless I'm running some good juice. I tried aiming for 10 reps before on bench every week hoping to add 5, and I stagnated quickly.

When I train for low reps, then I get enough strength that I can do higher reps on my lightweight days if I choose to do them. My strength and endurance has followed the max chart damn near to the T.

I guess I could do my bodyweight 20-21 times, too bad I'm not short and thin :)
 
BTW I dont notice shit for difference in "stamina" on 800EQ, maybe I would notice a couple seconds if I ran marathons or something but keep it simple. I'd be on strength drugs personally, because that is when my weights move.
 
I did on EQ. Sadly I didn't get much else. Didn't you know I always overcomplicate things? That's just what I do,lol. I could already beat the trainer clean but I want to make his ass look bad. I love to talk training, supplements and everything with other personal trainers but this guy is an ego maniac and says jokes like I pooped myself out of the blue, which by the way is not funny. He gets more clients than me because the sales trainer is friends with him and I want to make this guy look bad any way I can. I fuckin love training and I will stomp anyone to get to do what I want for a living and he is basically messing with my money and getting clients. He is 220 25% BF. You know those type of people you try to give a chance but they are just plain duche bags, that's him. I have client testimonials, before and after photos, models, the guy who is playing Sting when he is younger in a movie and this guy makes fart jokes and gets clients. I'll just stop now,lol.

lol, maybe he meant to say 4? 40 is bullshit im 2 1/2 weeks into tren and mine is only up 10lbs.
