Pre/Post Workout Supplements?

pre noxplode, and post whey. bro stick with your whey and creatine, but if you feel that you need an extra stimulation or more energy then get something like no-xplode pumps are awsome! my only problem is i need a shit within 10 mins of having it!
 
im on an eca stack right now...dont need any more energy but was just wondering if a pre-workout supp was necessary. But i guess ill stay wit the good ol' creatine and whey.

During - BCAA's
Post - Whey, Glutamine, BCAA's, Vitamin's C+E

As someone mentioned; Whey, Glutamine and Creatine are the three best and most basic supps to take.
 
never used it but Jack3d is supposed to be pretty awesome

I love this stuff...it has creatine mono, beta alanine, aakg, and caffeine in it (though it doesn't list the exact amounts of each). could just be the placebo effect, or just the caffeine, but I hate working out without it.
 
i just got my creatine mono. I havent used creatine since high school but i dont want to bloat at all...should i get the creatine ethyl ester? Ive read that causes less bloat. Im trying to cut up and prob in 2 months or so go on my much anticipated Test and Tren cycle!!!
