Preparation to first cycle question

My question is when i start my first cycle in 2 weeks consisting consisting of only test e only i need to know that if i feel signs of gyno and have to introduce Nolva to my cycle before post cycle therapy (pct) what dosage should i use to counteract gyno and what is the length of time i should if need be?

do you have something else on hand to actually block estro coversion? nolva will only stop the estro from creating gyno issues for you, but won't stop its conversion altogether. i would try to get your hand on some aromasin (exemestane) or arimidex to help fight the conversion of test to estro.

Thank you and i decided i will hold off on starting my cycle until i get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Will i be able to obtain a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from one of these chemical research sites? Like Genx or Manpower?

yes, in fact you'll have your choice from a selection. i would grab aromasin.... it is my preference because of the way it inhibits. some estro is good, so as you go along trying to figure out how your body converts estro specifically, having something that is more forgiving like aromasin is helpful in my opinion. basically i feel it makes it easier to zero in on your 'zone' dosage to keep e2 where you want it (which is probably between 20-35 or so).

manpower has them in 25mg/cap dosage, as well as 12.5mg/cap.... i'd go with the 12.5s so you can control dosing better. of course you can still go with adex, which they also have, in which case you'd want .5mg/cap dosing. post again when you've got it if you need help with the dosing schedule, though i'm a fan of waiting to see (and preferably getting a blood test from a place like privatemdlabs or whatever they're called mid-cycle to check your e2)
