Presentation of my first cycle

Hello guys. Its now 2 weeks and 3 days into my first cycle. I have been lifting for over 8 years and decided to jump on the gear.

Iam on 600mg susta, 250mg deca and 250mg eq / week (devided in 2 pins every 3.5 days). Last two for joints and collagen synthesis.
I have one more pin of sust, then iam switching to test e 600mg a week.

I decided to cut for the first 4 weeks, i was aiming to lose about 10kg (44lbs) of body fat, but its hard to tell how much exactly. So far it has been great. I started at 98kg (215lbs) and now iam at 95kg (208lbs). I have "only" lost 3kg, but i actually have gained quite some muscle. As far in as 4-5 days people and myself started to noticing the muscle growth. To take one example: Bench has gone up 20kg (44lbs). Iam not gona go crazy on the weight though, dont want to injure my tendens. At some point i will just increase the reps.

The cycle will last 16 weeks. PCT is ready with cloma and nolvadex. Next week iam going to get arimidex, probally 0.5mg every other day, just to be on the safe side. I have no side effects so far (i hope that stays that way hehe).

Bloodwork was done half week into the cycle - to check overall health which came back great and if the gear is legit, which it is (see my thread).

Nutrition and cardio while cutting:
1-2h Cardio / day
2300-2600 calories / day. Aiming for high protein, mid carb, low fat.

188cm (6'2)
95kg (108lbs)
27 years old

Your initial muscle and strength gains your experiencing is not an increase in actual muscle , it's an increase in water retention being held in the muscle cells . Being your not running an AI your estrogen is going to continue to elevate and cause additional water retention , increase blood pressure, and a host of other problems .
sure this may make you feel more 'swole' muscular and stronger in the gym , but it will do nothing to aide in your goal of fat loss and aesthetics.

I'd get an AI and begin running immediately with the amount of gear your running .

Also, from my experience "medium carb" and "low fat" diets are not the best for cutting . Low carb works best for people whose main focus is cutting

I wrote that i will be taking arimidex from next week on.

Well, my friends didnt analyze wether it was new muscle fibers, or water or whatever, they said (without knowing iam taking test), i look more muscular.

Not exactly "low" fat, but the lowest of the three. Avarage about 60g.

Good idea on the adex.

Well your friends wouldn't be able to tell if you added new muscle unless they did a medical biopsy of your muscle tissue before and after or an MRI :). What they are seeing is the muscle cells have increased in water retention , glycogen stores, blood volume etc ., so that you look more muscular and full ( of course this is a good thing in regards to appearance ,, but when people are actually cutting hard, just the opposite happens ... Just saying this water retention may not be conductive with your goal of cutting)
** me personally , I like holding water in muscle cells and appearing more muscular and full when I'm bulking WAY better then feeling small and depleted while cutting


You could cut just fine on a high fat diet , it's the carbs I was referring to ,, a medium carb intake is best for maintaining or clean bulking , not cutting IMO. But everyone is different , as long as your in a calorie deficit
 
Well, iam cutting, so carbs are only arround 180-220g, with that amount am i still able to hold a visible amount of water?

What do you think about running eq and deca at 250mg each? As i only use it for collagen synthesis and joint pain, could i also lower it to 125mg, 1 pin each per week? Like:
Sun: 300mg test e + 125mg deca
Thur: 300mg test e + 125mg eq
