problem with my PERFECT routine

old timer

brazilian jiu-jitsu guy
my routine goes like this:

undefined

day 1: quads, hamstrings,
day 2: calves, abs
day 3: chest, back, shoulders
day 4: off
day 5: calves, abs
day 6: tris, bis, forearms

undefined

so the problem i think i'm having in my routine is that i might not fully recover my chest and shoulders from day 3 to go on and do my arm workout on day 6, don't u think so guys? i mean when i work my tris, i don't do any skullcrusher or rope shit, that shit ain't gonna add major mass.

i only do weighted bench dips and close-grip bench for tris and standing barbell curls and preacher curls for my bis.

so do u think my shoulders, chest, and back would semi recover, to the point where i can have a full quality energetic workout for my arms(since alittle bit of shoulders, chest, and back play a role with my arm routine)?

Yeah that is a very common split you are using. So I am sure it workes well for many. But I overtrain on that one myself.

I do:

Chest / tri's

Back / Bi's

Shoulders (Delts & traps)

Legs / abs

Four workout days a week. The only overlap is using tri's again a little when I do mil pressing on shoulder day.
