Problems with TRT

5 months ago I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with an online clinic. Started with a complete blood panel and a consultation with a local doctor. Test was low (185). Thyroid was low, cholesterol high.
She recommended I get thyroid treatment from my GP so my insurance would cover the cost. The anti aging clinic then sent me a 6 month supply of testosterone cypionate, arimidex as an an antiestrogen, and HCG.
After 6 months of weekly injections my blood levels of test is only 245. How is it possible to inject 200 mg per week and still have such a low level. I feel awful and have trouble at work just doing my job. Please help.

Estradiol is 23.1.
LH 8.5
It makes me wonder if the test cyp is even real. I cannot understand how I would show such a low level. My GP has suggested I stop the injections. I am scheduled to have pellets implanted next week.

why dont you switch over with me? I will make sure and get this straightened out. I would NOT do the pellet thing. WAY too many horror stories.

We can use all the paperwork you already have and since you are already on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) the switch will be easy and painless. I will get you your meds within 3 days.

Also once you start your NEW therapy we need to get blood tests done in 6 weeks. I suggest that ALL new testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patients do the same.

test came from clinic

The antiaging clinic sent me 2 10 ml vials of cyp and 5 5000 iu vials of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Dosage 1 ml cyp and 1000 iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) per week.

Its got to be fake. 200mg/WK puts me at ty of 2000 and I started at 200. With your Lh being where it is I'd say your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is good though.

The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) seems real. I get a real boost every time I use it.
I supplemented the cyp with 4 ml of test I got in Mexico on vacation since the 2 vials of cyp were only good for 20 weeks. The only blood work was done after that and it came back 900. So I ordered a second round and immediately crashed. They (age clinic) would never order another blood test so I eventually got my GP to get me one. That is when I came at 245. Thanks for affirming my suspicion about the cyp. I am just not sure where to go from here. My job is very physically demanding and I must do something soon. I am out a great deal of money. And I don't want to be defrauded again.

Well your levels came back at 900 once, so apparently whatever you were using then was real, though maybe it was the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I can't believe you got mexican shit...that stuff can be laced with ANYTHING. Get SHBG tested. If it's high, it could be possible that you have estrogen stress. I'd recommend going with one of the sponsors on this board instead of chasing doctors who might or might not know how to help.
