I'm in week 3/4 of my cycle and I have some prop laying around. (I'm using a test blend for cycle) if I take 100mg prop the day before a workout as a one time dose, will I be stronger for that workout?
^^^Not sure i'd recommend 200mg to start, or with any consistency, but start at 100mg(or even 50mg) and work your way up. Shit is fantastic...strength absolutely through the roof

^^^^^^^^ Vino is definately right...a 4 week cycle is useless..I am using 50mg Test Suspension ED, but only for week 1 -3 of my cycle as a kicker until my Sustanon peaks out my test levels...... You won't even see any real gains until week 5 or so, and even then, they are usually only the beginning. I've been fortunate on my current cycle, cuz I am honestly seing gains at the end of week 3...now, admittedly, some of that is probably psychological, but at my age, I'll take what I can get
