Propecia as an anti ester

Hi guys, is propecia an anti ester to stop bitch tits?? cause i am taking sustanon for 8 weeks and read in the sustanon profile that it stops some side affects like balding but will it stop man boobs? also when should i take it? all the way through or start in the middle and finnish a couple weeks after cycle??
