Protein diet but do i have carbs?

Hi guys. i'm going to be starting a 1st cycle of test 2ml per week
i'm looking to put on weight and muscle.. i have a very fast metabolisim and struggle to put on weight

i'm just wondering when i'm taking the steroids what should my diet include
Protien diet, lot's of chicken and meats
but am i aloud to eat carbs? what is this no carb diet all about like no bread?

what sort of stuff should i be eating, and avoiding?

You should be avoiding steroids!
dude your diet should be dialed in for bodybuildiong for YEARS with out the use of anything like a steroid, you need to build a base with your body or you will hurt yourself.
you have a bad diet not a fast motabali. you do not need steroids. (dont tell me you have a good diet or you would not have asked what you did. you do not understand the basics there for how could you have a good diet)
Steroids are not magic they speed up repair but I know people that have used more steroids then me in a cylce, longer and gained NOTHING because they dont know how to eat or lift. some looked worse from the side effects.
steroids are not magic and you are in no way ready for them even if you do decide to use them one day. not now.

that is great advice, what kind of stuff should i be eating then just protein or carbs aswell .. i dont have a good diet at the minute no, how many meals should i be having or calories i'm looking to put on quite alot of size couple of stone would be great..
when people say 1 cup of so and so what do they mean? like.. a cup amount?
 
your diet depends on where you are right now. at least to start. youve provided no information whatsoever and are just blindly asking questions. Proper diet is a science my man, not just proteins and carbs tossed together and cross your fingers. Forget the steroids, start doing your own basic research so you can ask pointed, educated questions... lots of great info here and on the internet. you czan alos contacvt 3j here who is a nutritionist and diet coach who i and lots of guys use, but you should first gain at least a basic understanding of proper diet in general. anyone will tell you that maintaining a proper, flexible diet is way more important and more difficult than any training or steroids. start reading....

of course you need to be eating all 3 food groups (fats/carbs/protein) or you could die...

all you need to worrie about is having a high protein diet with med-high fats and med carbs .
when I say fats I mean good fats. add in olive oil to everything you can! pasta sauce or even 1-2 shots into your protein drinks (I do this)

pick up some whey protein powder and add in 150-200g ed of it (3-4X 40-50g protein drinks)
try to eat 4-5 times a day (even if its smaller meals, but get cals in)
how many cals you need is dependent on your body and only you can find that out eventually, from toying with your diet.
we dont even know your stats.
whats your stats? (like age, exp, bodyfay%, hight, lbs ect.)

when people say for eg: "one cup of rice" they mean just that a mesuring cup that would hold 250ml, filled with rice.
