Protein-Fat-Carbs? how much of each on cycle?

hey fellas im 6'2, 105 kilograms, about to go on cycle im 5 kilo off what i wanted to be before i start but am fine with what i am.
question is, how much protein fat carbs intake is needed daily or per meal whilst on cycle? im trying to keep the carbs down as low as possible but understand i need some for growth. any advice appreciated!

im 105kg, 6'2, was 111kg, i was hopeing to get down to 100kg before i started my cycle in 3 weeks but its no biggie. i loose/lost weight off my arms and legs first and stomach last, was wanting to loose 5 more so i can have a flat stomach but it aint too bad as is. did this with the atkins diet, now im just eating healthy, for maintenence.
So, i start my cycle in 3 weeks from tomorrow. I was planning to do a low carbs diet until then hopeing to get as close to 100kg as possible. My problem is no idea on how to eat whilst im on cycle, P-F-C wise?
and exactly how much and when to eat. do i keep it low carb? when do i eat carbs and how much maximum to prevent me putting it back on!

1. Get into a calorie deficit (500-1000)
2. Determine macros, in your case i suggest carb cycling, to loose your fat whilst still maintaining maximum muscle, so have 3 low carb days and 1 high carb day. On low carb days use %'s of 50P20C30F or you can play around with it but anything higher than 30-40% carbs of total calories wouldnt be considered low carb. On high carb diets keep lower protein still keeping it at at least 1g per pound and double carbs and keep fat to a minimum, %'s should be roughly 30P/50C/20F, and yes on high carb days, calories will be higher
 
A good rule of thumb is:

Bulk: Eat 500 calories above your maintenance.

Your macros should be 40% protein / 40% Carbs / 20% Fat

Cut: 500 calories below your maintence
40/40/20
