ok for those who are on a super strict diet but need to switch it up a bit,, here ya go.
1 cup raw oats,
1 or 2 scoops of whey,
2 egg whites,
3-4 tsps of splenda,
some cinnamon ,
and ground flax optional.,
cook in a pan and eat as is or with a touch of sugar free syrup on it. if you use 2 scoops of whey it will make 2 pancakes, 1 scoop makes one large one.
