Protein powder vs food protein

Except from the other ingredients in protein-rich food, is there any reason not to drink a hell lot of protein powder?

If so, the protein powder seems so underestimated. I do know the diet has to be top notch, of cource, but the protein from powder should have a greater rep IMO.

I agree the only thing is it is absorbed so quick in your body your not giving your body that long term fuel. After I have a serving of whey I am ready to eat almost 1 hour later but if i eat chicken or fish than it usually holds me over until my next meal.
